Marcel has been cultivating carnivorous plants for over 40 years.
He is a former chair of both Carnivora and the ICPS and currently serves as Co-Chair of the IUCN SSC Carnivorous Plant Specialist Group.
At this conference, he will introduce and moderate the speakers, as well as lead a workshop addressing the illegal trade in carnivorous plants.
