Good to know
Lunch
We offer participants the option to pre-order a convenient lunch bag. The Hortus restaurant also welcomes guests by reservation, but since it’s expected to be popular during the event, we recommend securing a lunch bag in advance or exploring the town for lunch.
Friday Welcome Dinner
On Friday 21 August there is an optional Welcome Dinner for early arrivals. A great way to meet fellow participants before the programme begins. See the Friday Welcome Dinner page for details.
Deadline
Registration closes on 1 August 2026. We strongly recommend booking early as the conference has limited capacity.
