The ICPS Conference Dinner on Saturday evening will feature a relaxed outdoor barbecue in the beautiful surroundings of the Hortus Botanicus Leiden, where participants can enjoy great food and good company in one of the oldest botanical gardens in the world.
Our chefs will prepare the dishes live on the Ofyr fire grill, where the warmth of the flames, the aroma of wood smoke, and fresh herbs come together to create a memorable dining experience.
Bread
- Artisan “tastefull Bread” with tarragon butter
- Mango chutney
- Roasted eggplant dip
Bowl Bar
- Buddha bowl: Bulgur with grilled Dutch chicken, cucumber, fennel, and yogurt
- Salad bowl: Sweet potato salad with crispy marinated tempeh, spring onion, pomegranate, and lime vinaigrette
From the Ofyr Grill
- Thai chicken thigh satay with lemongrass, coconut, and lime leaf peanut sauce
- Black Angus burger with soy mayonnaise and smoked black pepper sauce
- Skewers of grilled seasonal vegetables with basil oil
- Catch of the Day from the North Sea, prepared in foil with fennel and lemon oil
- Hasselback potatoes with aged Leidse cheese
