Call for Vendors
ICPS Carnivorous Plant Market 2026
The International Carnivorous Plant Society welcomes both commercial sellers en hobby growers to join the ICPS Plant Market, taking place 21–23 August 2026 at the Hortus Botanicus Leiden during the ICPS Conference.
This year’s market will be held outdoors on the lawn in front of the Oranjerie, beneath the trees: a scenic and shaded location ideal for plants and visitors alike. Reverse osmosis and rainwater will be available for watering, and plants can be stored safely in the greenhouse each evening.
Vendor options:
• Full three-day participation (for commercial sellers): €75 (4×2 meter stall)
• Saturday only (primarily for smaller vendors and hobbyists): €30 (4×2 meter stall)
• Saturday small table (ideal for hobby growers with limited sales):€15
A number of well-known international vendors have already confirmed their participation. Don’t miss your chance to join them and present your plants to a passionate global audience!
Schedule for vendors:
• Friday, 21 August: Setup from 08:00, market opens at 12:30
• Saturday, 22 August: 9:00–18:00
• Sunday, 23 August: Market opens at 9:00 and closes at 18:00 (packing up allowed from 16:30).
